Microsoft investors seek investigation

 In the proxy materials for shareholders, Microsoft advised shareholders to reject the resolution, stating that it could duplicate the existing measures.

 Microsoft plans to release an annual report to the public on its discrimination against women and gender policies, the company said.

 “This report will provide a comprehensive overview of the most important issues that were identified in the shareholder proposal,” the company said. “Microsoft will not tolerate discrimination, harassment or harassment.”
